v1.4July 2026
Ask Stanzeo — AI writing partner for talks
✓Card assistant — open any card and ask Ask Stanzeo to refine the headline, sharpen the script, or add concrete examples. It shows you a diff to Accept or Skip, so every change remains yours to control.
✓Whole-talk assistant — from your talk overview, describe what you want across your full presentation (e.g. "add real examples throughout") and Ask Stanzeo suggests exactly where to make changes and applies them on your say-so — like having an editor review your whole deck with you.
✓Transparent AI credits — each question shows its credit cost before you accept; every accepted change creates a restore point so you can roll back instantly. Requires a Pro, Team, or Academic plan.
v1.3July 2026
Team plan, promo codes & email digests
✓Team plan — seat-based Team plan: invite & remove members, real-time collaboration, per-seat AI credits, and seat management. Launch price €9.60/seat/mo, minimum 3 seats.
✓Promo-code redemption — redeem a promo code at signup and from Settings to unlock discounts or extended access.
✓Email digests — opt-in to product-update emails so you never miss a new feature, managed from email preferences in Settings.
v1.2June 2026
Collaboration, version history, presentation polish & billing
✓Invite collaborators by email — share any talk with a colleague; they accept via a dedicated invite page and the link is locked to the invited address so it cannot be forwarded
✓Viewer / Editor roles — choose whether a collaborator can only read the talk or can edit it directly; change roles at any time from the Collaborate panel
✓Shared-with-me dashboard — all talks others have shared with you appear in one place alongside your own, with clear role and owner labels
✓Pay-per-slot — free and trial users can purchase additional editor slots to collaborate on more talks without committing to a full subscription
✓AI credit top-ups — buy extra AI credits any time from Settings when you need more without changing your plan
✓Billing panel — a new Settings tab shows your current plan, remaining credit balance, active edit slots, and quick upgrade or top-up actions
✓Version history — Stanzeo keeps a timeline of saved versions of your talk, so you can revisit an earlier draft and restore it in one click
✓Automatic safety snapshots — before any AI rewrite or reshape, Stanzeo saves a restore point first, so you can always roll back to exactly what you had
✓Rehearsal & Presentation Mode improvements — a smoother full-screen presenter view with clearer speaker notes and steadier card-to-card navigation while you rehearse
✓Direct presentation links — open any talk straight into full-screen presentation mode with a dedicated link you can bookmark or share
✓Easier card splitting — a clearer on-canvas control makes it obvious where and how to split an oversized card into two well-scoped cards
✓Cleaner splits — splitting a card no longer leaves a mismatch between the audience-facing slide and your speaker script
✓Rich link previews — shared talk links now unfurl with a title, description, and preview image in social posts, chat apps, and messages
✓More reliable AI generation — outline and per-card script generation now succeed consistently, even on longer talks or unusual briefings, so you spend less time retrying
✓Accessibility improvements — WCAG AA colour contrast across calls-to-action and 44px-minimum touch targets on mobile make Stanzeo comfortable to use on any device
v1.1June 2026
Voice Profile, Rehearsal Mode, Split a Card
✓User Voice Profile — upload a sample of your writing and Stanzeo learns your tone, so every AI-assisted line sounds unmistakably like you, not like AI
✓Rehearsal & Presentation Mode — new full-screen mode steps through your cards one by one with speaker notes and optional timers so you can nail your pacing before you step on stage
✓Split a Card — divide an oversized card at your chosen point into two well-scoped cards with a single click, no copy-paste needed
v1.0June 2026
Stanzeo v1.0 — narrative frameworks, templates, and sharing
✓Talk templates — seven curated narrative frameworks (TED Idea Arc, Problem → Solution → Action, SCQA, Pitch Arc, Research Talk, Story Spine, Explainer Talk 4MAT): choose one when creating a talk to seed your card structure and guide AI generation
✓Shareable links — generate a read-only public URL to share your talk; viewers see the card grid, slide preview, and speaker notes without needing an account
✓Password reset and account recovery — reset a forgotten password via email verification
✓Import from dashboard — create a new talk by importing from an existing one with the split-menu New Talk picker
✓Tags and organization — label and filter talks on the dashboard for easier navigation
✓Markdown round-trip (Pro feature) — export to Markdown and re-import your edits back into Stanzeo
✓Fairer AI credits — regenerating an analysis you did not change no longer costs a credit
v0.5June 2026
Plans, credits and fairness
✓Markdown round-trip is now a Pro feature: free-plan users see an upgrade prompt, while Pro and Trial users export to Markdown and import their edits back as before
✓Fairer AI credits: when we improve a prompt on our side, regenerating an analysis you did not change no longer costs you a credit
v0.4June 2026
Rehearse and fit your talk
✓Rehearsal mode: a full-screen presenter view that steps through your cards one at a time with the headline, section and speaker notes, with keyboard and on-screen navigation and an optional per-card countdown that warns you as time runs low
✓Fit to Time now rewrites your script: alongside the cut, condense and merge analysis you get a ready-to-deliver script adapted to your target time, in your own voice
✓More reliable Fit to Time: applying a suggestion no longer fails partway through on longer talks
✓Live per-card timing: change your speaking speed or a card script and every card duration updates immediately, with no manual refresh
v0.3May 2026
Thread Map, Talk Flow Strip & personal style context
✓Thread Map — one-click AI analysis renders your talk as a clear visual narrative thread; export the result as SVG or PDF to share or annotate offline
✓Talk Flow Strip — a slim, color-coded strip above the card grid shows your full card sequence at a glance; expand it to see numbers and headlines, click any marker to jump straight to that card
✓Personal speaking style — describe how you speak in Account settings (tone, quirks, opener habits); AI proposals and critique now match your voice instead of a generic one
✓AI proposals stay in your language — Dutch speech text now produces Dutch suggestions grounded in what you actually wrote, no more generic English filler
v0.2April 2026
Card grid, Time Flows & AI field proposals
✓Time Flows — plan your talk for multiple time slots (e.g. 20 min and 45 min) in one place; each card shows which slot it belongs to so you can see exactly what fits where
✓Flat card grid — cards are now laid out in an equal-height grid with a section header dropdown, making it easier to scan your entire narrative at a glance
✓Editable color legend — rename sections, drag them into the order that makes sense, add new ones, or delete unused ones without leaving the card view
✓Per-field AI proposals — every card field now has its own ✦ button for a targeted AI suggestion; credits are shown to one decimal place so you always know the cost before you click
✓Speech editor stats — word count, estimated reading time, and pause-adjusted duration update live as you write so you can stay on time without leaving the editor
✓Auto-save indicator — a "Saving…" badge appears whenever a change is being written, so you always know your work is safe
✓Account deletion — delete your account and all associated data from Settings (GDPR-compliant)
v0.1April 2026
Launch
✓AI builds your talk from a briefing — describe your topic and audience, and Stanzeo generates a complete card-by-card structure with spoken scripts ready to rehearse
✓AI Narrative Critique — get per-card feedback on strong hooks, weak transitions, and missing evidence, plus an overall story score so you know exactly what to fix
✓Talk Reshape — tell Stanzeo your new audience and time slot and it restructures your entire talk: what to keep, cut, or compress, with the option to save it as a brand new version
✓Fit to time — AI identifies which cards to cut, condense, or merge so your talk lands inside any slot
✓Import from PDF or script — bring any existing presentation and let AI break it into structured story cards
✓See your whole narrative at once — the horizontal card flow shows every beat side by side so gaps and weak transitions are impossible to miss
✓Expand any card to write in full focus, then collapse back to survey the complete arc
✓Export to PDF or PowerPoint — take your finished talk into any room, any tool
